We noticed something
most consultants missed.

Irish small businesses weren't failing to collect data. They were failing to connect it.

Where this began.

PrimeDataium started from a simple observation made while working with small businesses across the South-East of Ireland. Every business we visited had data. Often, they had too much of it — spread across a POS system, a website analytics account, an email platform, accounting software, and a CRM that someone had set up two years ago and half-forgotten about.

The problem was never a shortage of data. It was the absence of any infrastructure to make that data readable as a whole. Each tool told a fragment of the story. Nobody had connected the fragments.

We set out to do exactly that — and to do it using tools already available on the Irish market, configured properly, trained into the team, and checked monthly until the habit formed.

Principles that shape how we work.

I

Data should serve decisions

A dashboard that nobody reads is just expensive decoration. We measure our work by whether your team actually uses what we build.

II

Complexity is a design failure

If your team needs a manual to read your own business data, the setup is wrong. Clarity is the deliverable.

III

Off-the-shelf tools, properly configured

The Irish market has excellent, affordable tools. The gap is configuration and integration — not software.

IV

Ownership, not dependency

Everything we build, you own. Our goal is for you to outgrow the need for us — that is what success looks like.

Small team. Focused scope. Honest timelines.

We are a small, focused practice based in Waterford. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so that every client receives proper attention — not a junior consultant following a template.

Our work is practical. We do not produce strategy documents or slide decks. We produce working integrations, trained teams, and dashboards that get opened every Monday morning.

We work with Irish businesses of all kinds — retail, hospitality, professional services, trades, and community organisations. The tools differ. The underlying challenge is usually the same.
